Collaborate closely with supervisors and managers to implement safety measures, handle accommodations, and ensure effective HR communication. Key Responsibilities:
• Administer workplace accommodations and attendance management
• Coordinate employee leaves and return-to-work plans




• Support safety programs and incident investigations
• Foster strong relationships with supervisors and staff
• Develop wellness programs and educational resources

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in HR Management or business
• Minimum 3 years' experience in disability case management
• Knowledge of Alberta Employment Standards and OHSA
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High integrity and confidentiality with employee matters
