• Guide general corporate projects as needed

Requirements:
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from accredited law school
• 5+ years in multinational mergers and acquisitions
• Active bar membership in your location
• Strong negotiation and deal management skills
• Excellent English skills; additional languages a plus
