In this in office leadership position, you will guide and support 6-8 Housing Support Workers, ensuring they assist individuals experiencing homelessness to secure safe housing. Your expertise in program development and case management will be vital as you monitor team performance, engage with participants, and foster a culture of accountability and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support Housing Support Workers daily
• Conduct performance feedback and professional development meetings
• Manage team caseloads and prioritize housing outcomes




• Monitor service delivery against established housing targets
• Facilitate team meetings and collaborative problem-solving

Requirements:
• Post-Secondary Degree in a related field
• Minimum 3 years in program development and supervision
• Alberta Class 5 License with clean driver’s abstract
• Previous experience in Housing First is an asset
• Understanding of Indigenous cultures and high-risk populations
