Job Description
Seeking a Project Coordinator to support construction and development projects across Western Canada. This individual will coordinate contractors, consultants, permitting activities, schedules, and project reporting.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with general contractors, consultants, architects, and engineers

Support gas station, retail, and commercial construction projects

Track schedules, project milestones, and budgets

Assist with permitting and municipal approvals

Prepare weekly project status reportsMaintain project documentation using Sage software

Communicate project updates to internal and external stakeholders

Skills and Requirements

Project coordination experience in construction

Experience working with contractors and consultants

Solid organizational and communication skills

Schedule and reporting experience • Gas station or petroleum project experience

Sage software experience

Permitting experience

Retail or commercial construction experience
