Key Responsibilities:
• Provide individual counselling for Indigenous students
• Conduct culturally-based workshops on wellness topics
• Coordinate crisis intervention services
• Liaise with external agencies for student referrals
• Participate in departmental meetings and events
Requirements:
• Relevant counselling degree or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of Indigenous cultures and practices
• Robust communication and crisis assessment skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in diverse settings
