As a Key member of the Stampede Toyota team and reporting directly to the General Manager, you will work with a seasoned sales team, third party vendors and support staff to promote an established Dealership representing a world class leader with respect to automotive brand.
Summary: The Marketing Specialist drives prospect engagement and conversions through strategic digital marketing. Responsibilities include managing digital advertising campaigns, creating online promotions and email campaigns, and conducting consumer research to identify cutting-edge engagement strategies. The role requires a deep understanding of consumer behavior, data analysis skills, and the ability to work independently, as this is a one-person department. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, accountable to key performance metrics, and skilled at using insights to optimize marketing efforts and achieve business results.
Job Responsibilities: Develop, execute, and manage digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram)
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to ensure objectives are met
Optimize paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other tools
Accountable to meet monthly deadlines for Advertising Coop
Create engaging ad creatives and landing pages
Analyze consumer behavior data to enhance targeting and segmentation strategies
Research the automotive and digital marketing industry to keep up to date with latest trends and topics
Develop short and long-term marketing plans, including promotional calendars and programs




Develop customer communications through collaborating with front facing team members
Collaborate with the sales, parts and service departments to create new initiatives and build effective campaign strategies
Execute social media plans and manage the social media accounts including posts, responses and engagement
Manage vehicle launch events and other various events
Produce monthly reports for the management team
Ensure all dealership communication is CASL compliant
Create ads as needed including print, digital, social and direct
Collaborate with Sales and Parts Department to maintain showroom and merchandizing
Constant website updates
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (in the office)
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
Proven experience (3+ years) in digital advertising, campaign management, and consumer research
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Meta Ads Manager, email marketing software)
Proficient with WordPress website administration
Expert level with Creative Suite software




Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
In-depth understanding of digital advertising trends, consumer behavior, and market research methodologies
Familiarity with SEO and SEM strategies
Must have excellent writing skills suitable for a variety of media, including websites and social media
Previous experience within the automotive industry is an asset
