Key Responsibilities:
• Review and enter new claims data into SAP promptly
• Validate injury claims and liaise with WCB
• Communicate with employees to monitor treatment and recovery
• Maintain and oversee files for all claims
• Research policies to ensure correct benefits are paid
Requirements:
• 3-5 years experience in disability management
• Background in workplace accommodation and claims resolution
• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Bilingual in English and French preferred
