Deliver student-centered lessons consistent with the program mandate using the CLB to inform planning
Use current and appropriate technology and tools to support students’ language learning and/or real-life skills
Facilitate English language learner involvement in the community by incorporating local community resources and materials in lessons,
and by creating assignments that encourage learners to interact in real-world situations
Sensitive to and understanding of the needs of adult language learners and refer students to appropriate resources in response to students' needs
Maintain and provide statistics on participant progress in the format prescribed department procedures
Highly organized, tactful, patient and adaptable with excellent communication skills
Excellent problem solving skills
