Our highly regarded client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a mid-level Commercial Litigation Associate to join their Litigation and Dispute Resolution team in Vancouver.

The Opportunity

As a member of this litigation team, you will have the opportunity to work on matters spanning the full life cycle of complex litigation, including:

Strategic dispute-oriented advice on active commercial matters
Negotiations and dispute resolution strategy
Mediations and settlement discussions
Trial work and arbitration proceedings

Qualifications

4 to 7 years of experience in complex commercial litigation from a national, regional or a reputable boutique law firm
Strong analytical, advocacy, and practice management skills
Excellent written and oral communication abilities
The ability to manage multiple complex litigation matters and work effectively within a collaborative team
A strong interest in developing a long-term commercial litigation practice
Above average academic credentials and a solid employment history.
Qualified to practice law in Canada

Lockstep base salary (Range of 165K - 225K per annum)
