Extendicare is seeking a part-time nursing leader to ensure care adheres to established nursing standards, physicians' orders, and administrative policies. You will observe and record vital signs, symptoms, and conditions of residents, and ensure proper techniques in nursing care.
You will assist in assessing residents, develop and review care plans, monitor health, note changes, and coordinate referrals. The role emphasizes commitment to seniors and explicit communication with teams and families.
