A leading main contractor is looking to recruit an experienced Site Agent to work on a major framework in Dover .

The successful Site Agent will be responsible for managing site operations across a range of demolition and civil engineering works , ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with programme and quality requirements.

The Role

Managing day-to-day site operations and activities

Supervising subcontractors and site teams

Overseeing demolition and civils works

Ensuring works are carried out in accordance with RAMS and health & safety requirements

Monitoring progress against programme and reporting to the Project Manager/Senior Management

Coordinating labour, plant, materials and subcontractors

Maintaining high standards of quality and site compliance

Liaising with the client, engineers,



subcontractors and wider project team

Completing relevant site documentation and reporting

About You

Proven experience working as a Site Agent or Senior Site Supervisor

Strong background in civil engineering and/or demolition

Experience working for a main contractor

Good understanding of health & safety, quality and environmental requirements

Strong leadership and communication skills

Able to manage multiple site activities and subcontractors effectively

Relevant qualifications such as SMSTS and CSCS are required
