What You'll Own Full oversight of hospital operations and team performance
Creating structure, accountability systems, and measurable goals
Leading hiring, onboarding, and staff development
Managing scheduling, payroll oversight, and inventory control
Driving financial performance and operational efficiency
Coaching team members through growth and performance challenges
Partnering directly with ownership on strategic initiatives
Handling escalated client concerns with professionalism and confidence

Requirements Veterinary management experience required
Experience leading 5+ team members
Strong HR, scheduling, and operational knowledge
CVPM certification preferred, not required
Growth-minded and able to work independently
Schedule Full-time
Monday–Friday
8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Sundays closed
Compensation $55,000–$65,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
