As an Associate Director of Business Optimization & Strategy, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategic roadmaps. Your expertise in financial services, project management, and communication will be pivotal in influencing leadership and delivering results. Build robust relationships as you guide projects from inception through completion.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop strategic roadmaps for data maturity and service improvements
• Communicate project updates clearly to stakeholders and leadership
• Prepare insightful reports,



decks, and visualizations
• Facilitate meetings to align team priorities and objectives
• Track progress on transformation programs and document processes

Requirements:
• 5+ years in Financial Services with data experience
• Proven strategic thinking and business acumen
• Robust verbal and written communication skills
• Project management experience is essential
• Familiarity with workflow management tools is a plus
