Clinical Coordinator - Ambulatory Multi Organ Transplant Full-time Department: Transplant Compensation: CAD 45.85 - 57.31 per hour Hospital: Toronto General Hospital Site: Toronto General Hospital Reports to: Manager Shifts: Monday to Friday Status: Permanent Full time Closing Date: April 30, 2026 Union: Non‑UnionNew or Replacement: ReplacementHours: 37.5 per week Duties Utilize current specialized knowledge and expertise on recent advances in nursing practice to facilitate effective management of clinical activities. Coordinate patient care across the continuum and ensure continuity in patient care management. Perform teaching and educational responsibilities. Participate actively in Quality Improvement initiatives. Participate in academic and research activities/projects. Perform administrative responsibilities. Perform cross‑functional and/or other duties consistent with the job classification, as assigned or requested. Qualifications Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing. Completion of a recognized Master’s degree nursing program preferred. Certificate of competency (licensure) from the College of Nurses of Ontario. Completion of Basic Cardiac Life Support (B.C.L.S.) program, Level II Rescuer certification. Up to three (3) years of relevant experience, including experience working in an advanced practice role. Experience in Transplant nursing preferred. Effective organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.



Excellent teaching skills with the ability to teach one‑on‑one and/or groups. Ability to function collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and/or independently. Ability to work in a self‑directed manner. Demonstrated awareness of and adherence to professional and ethical standards. Client‑service oriented, with the ability to effectively work with diversity and appreciate that people with different opinions, backgrounds and characteristics bring richness to the challenge or situation at hand.
