Help customers find the right products and solutions
Execute a strategic market plan targeting high-potential accounts
Track progress using Salesforce CRM
Collaborate with the local Pro Paint Specialist and Territory Sales Representative
Ensure customers receive the right products at the right time
Boost sales and drive gallon growth
Work variable hours based on peak selling times, including evenings and weekends
Travel to customer accounts, including occasional overnight stays
Requirements Self-starter who works independently and thrives in a team environment
Track record of successful selling abilities
Experience in the home creation/improvement industry is a plus
Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
Computer skills, including CRM tools such as Salesforce; training provided
Digital fluency is a plus
High school diploma or GED required
Bachelor’s degree welcomed
Bilingual skills are a bonus
Excellent customer service and follow-through
Valid driver’s license
