Analyze current business requirements and processes and recommend solutions
Design, configure and document SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll based on requirements
Assist in developing functional specifications for developments
Assist in testing processes by developing and maintaining test scripts
Collaborate with consultants from other modules such as Finance and Core HR
Requirements
Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll configuration
Knowledge of key integration points between SAP SuccessFactors modules
Broad knowledge of SAP's on-premise and cloud technology solutions
Deep understanding of HR business functions
Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools including Excel and Project
Experience leading teams in SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll projects
Experience with cloud implementation methodology and project planning (at least 3 full cycle implementations)
Ability to interpret business requirements and provide recommendations
Experience leading client workshops and creating documentation
