Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers in interpreting optical prescriptions

• Manage after-care services and resolve complaints

Requirements:
• Valid Dispensing Optician License in Ontario
• 2+ years in customer service, preferably optical
• Ability to thrive in a quick-paced retail environment
• Friendly and confident demeanor
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
