You'll advise stakeholders on various legal matters, focusing on product launches, corporate structuring, and regulatory compliance in North America.

• Contribute to new product design and market expansion
• Draft and negotiate various commercial contracts
• Advise on corporate structuring and compliance issues
• Manage day-to-day legal matters for Canada and USA
• Represent Ebury in interactions with clients and partners
Requirements:
• Juris Doctor from Canada or the USA
• 5+ years of legal experience in-house or private practice
• Interest in fintech and financial products

• French or Spanish fluency is a plus
