S&C; Electric Canada Ltd. is seeking a Supervisor - Assembly (Afternoon Shift) to lead a team of operators and assemblers on the Metal Enclosed Switchgear line.
You will work onsite on Monday to Thursday, 4:00 pm – 2:00 am, driving safety, quality, delivery and cost KPIs while promoting a solid safety culture. The role requires a college diploma in industrial production or related field and 3+ years in lean manufacturing with prior supervisory experience.
