Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert advice on complex collective agreement issues
• Develop training tools and resource materials for HR teams
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and union representatives




• Lead project plans and prepare for Collective Bargaining
• Identify policy and program issues through engagement and analysis

Requirements:
• University degree and five years experience in labour relations
• Knowledge of Provincial labour legislation and regulations
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Strong ability to influence and resolve issues
• Capable of synthesizing information and delivering insights
