Provide clients with property management support and advice
Analyze and diagnose impacts on client activities and operations
Recommend solutions in accordance with standards and policies
Negotiate, prepare and draft complex, moderate-value leases while minimizing transaction costs
Help develop and update policies, standards, models and programs to support your unit’s strategic projects and initiatives
Analyze data, conduct studies, make recommendations and write reports
Help develop budgets and schedules for medium-scale projects and monitor them closely
Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of four years of relevant experience
Knowledge of French is required
Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in property management, including lease negotiation, policy development,



and project budgeting. Proficient in analyzing data to provide strategic recommendations and support client operations.
