This full-time role focuses on building and delivering HCM integrations while collaborating with various stakeholders, including project managers and clients. You will engage in configuring payroll files, communicating in a consultative manner, and ensuring alignment with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build payroll and HR demographic export files
• Conduct mapping and transformation design in Integration Studio
• Communicate directly with clients for advisory purposes
• Manage multiple integration workstreams effectively
• Support client testing and coordinate vendor file validation

Requirements:
• Understanding of HCM business practices
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Exposure to project management principles
