Serve as a technical reference in claims actuarial science by leading analyses of complex claims, indemnity costs, and claim settlement expense issues
Develop, maintain, and enhance predictive models, analytical solutions, and business intelligence tools
Analyze performance indicators, claims frequencies, costs, and trends to identify risks, opportunities, and improvement areas
Advise business partners and operational teams with analyses and recommendations to influence decision-making
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, knowledge sharing, and professional development for actuarial analysts
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to address business needs and promote actuarial expertise
Synthesize, simplify, and communicate complex actuarial concepts to managers, executives, and operational partners
Adapt priorities in a fast-paced operational environment to evolving business needs and urgent situations
Requirements 5 to 10 years of relevant actuarial experience
Experience ideally within the property and casualty insurance industry
Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or another related discipline
Solid expertise in predictive modeling, quantitative analysis, and statistical techniques
Proficiency in SAS, Power BI, Python, and R




Advanced French proficiency for daily communication and collaboration with Francophones
Technical leadership and actuarial expertise
Ability to analyze and synthesize complex issues and recommend innovative solutions
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts and tailor communications to diverse audiences
