Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee disability program with third-party vendors
• Provide clinical oversight to Disability Case Management Advisors
• Coach staff on complex case resolutions




• Manage workers' compensation claims and inquiries
• Conduct periodic reviews of vendor documentation

Requirements:
• Nursing or health-related degree required
• Unrestricted provincial nursing registration needed
• 5-10 years in disability and workers' compensation
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and analytics tools
