protective devices or clothing as required by Martinrea Industrial CanadaParticipate in the development and ensure full implementation of the ISO-9000 quality operating system.Ensure that PPAP submissions are professional, thorough, on time and acceptableParticipate and interface with other departments on product realization activities.Develop inspection methods and procedures for use on the shop floor that are user-friendly and accessible.Identify key areas for inspection and control with inspection processes. Identify and quantify quality improvements in process, materials and product.Provide training to employees on ISO requirements and subsequent documentation (procedures, work instructions, forms).Develop and maintain systems for the maintenance and calibration of metrological equipment.Administratively support the initiatives of the Quality Manager, including data management and tracking.Develop any necessary forms to ensure effective control of inspection processes with subsequent data to be provided for further analysis. Provide information to the Quality Manager for use in management performance measurables review.Utilize defect tracking reports and information (internally and customer generated)
