Part-Time Nanny / House Manager — South Pembina, Winnipeg

We are seeking an energetic, organized and dependable nanny/house manager for our two children, ages 9 and 5. The ideal candidate will enjoy actively engaging with the children while helping keep our home organized and running smoothly. This part-time position may grow into a full-time role for the right person.

Position Details

- Location: South Pembina, Winnipeg
- Start date: September 1, 2026
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 12:00–6:... p.m.
- Some flexibility required based on family schedules
- Compensation: Competitive and based on experience
- Live-out position

Childcare Responsibilities

- Provide engaging, attentive and nurturing care
- Plan fun, active and age-appropriate activities
- Handle school pickup, drop-off and transportation to activities
- Assist with homework and maintain consistent routines
- Prepare daily meals and snacks for the children
- Occasionally assist with family meal preparation

Household Responsibilities

- Complete household laundry, including washing, drying, folding and putting clothing away
- Make beds daily and change bedding as needed
- Perform light daily housekeeping, including dishes, kitchen tidying, vacuuming, sweeping and cleaning surfaces




- Keep common areas clean and organized
- Assist with errands and other reasonable household tasks
- Help keep the home running efficiently

Qualifications

- Previous experience as a nanny, family assistant or house manager is preferred.
- Warm, friendly and professional
- Energetic, positive and genuinely enjoys working with children
- Highly organized, efficient and detail-oriented
- Reliable, punctual and trustworthy
- Able to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Flexible and adaptable
- Strong spoken and written English
- Valid Canadian driver’s licence with at least three years of safe driving experience
- Clean Canadian driver’s abstract
- Own safe and reliable vehicle
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred, or willingness to obtain it
- Criminal Record Check and Child Abuse Registry Check required
- Robust professional references required
