About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive team. The CFO will be a strategic partner, providing leadership across finance, facilities, and supply chain to ensure the organization has the necessary resources and infrastructure to deliver exceptional services.

This role involves overseeing a multi-million-dollar capital building program, maintaining 21 branch locations, and leading a team of professionals in financial stewardship, budgeting, and risk management.



The successful candidate will be responsible for building robust relationships with the Board, the City, and community partners, and will be expected to champion the organization's mission and strategic priorities.

Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree with an accounting specialization and a professional accounting designation, along with a minimum of 10 years' of financial management experience. Strong financial acumen, project management leadership, and experience in facilities management are essential.
The CFO must demonstrate a commitment to the values of the organization, including intellectual freedom and diversity and inclusion, and possess the leadership skills to foster a culture of engagement, accountability, and continuous learning.
