What You'll Do

- Build strong relationships with customers and provide an exceptional buying experience
- Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchase process
- Prospect and generate new business through phone calls, texts, emails, social media, and other channels
- Follow up consistently with leads and previous customers
- Present vehicles and conduct professional walk-arounds
- Demonstrate vehicles and explain features and benefits
- Negotiate and structure vehicle purchases with management support
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow dealership processes
- Participate in dealership events, promotions, and community activities
- Work as part of a team to achieve individual and dealership goals
- Continuously develop your product knowledge and sales skills
