The University of Windsor is seeking a Clinic Director with strong leadership skills to manage Community Legal Aid. In this role, you will oversee legal operations, guide law students, and design impactful community projects. Foster collaborations with various stakeholders while ensuring excellent service delivery to clients in the Windsor-Essex community.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic and operational leadership for the clinic
- Build team-oriented relationships with faculty, staff, and partners
- Lead strategic planning and risk management initiatives
- Oversee student experiential learning programs
- Manage human resources and compliance functions

Requirements:

- LL.B/J.D. with Law Society of Ontario membership
- Proven experience in managing legal teams and clinics
- Strong organizational skills under pressure
- Experience in community service and law reform
- Commitment to promoting equity and inclusion
