In this permanent full-time position, you'll report to the Manager of Social Assistance while leading staff in providing person-centered Ontario Works programs. Your responsibilities will focus on determining eligibility, financial management, and ensuring compliance with Ontario Works legislation.

You will also analyze current practices to enhance service delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee staff in financial and employment case management
- Ensure compliance with Ontario Works legislation
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for Ontario Works




- Lead reviews of case plans and non-compliance recommendations
- Guide staff in intensive wrap around case management

Requirements:

- Community College Diploma or equivalent experience
- Minimum three years in human or social services
- At least one year of supervisory experience
- Knowledge of community resources and relevant legislation
- Robust analytical and project management skills
