Northland Restaurant Group is seeking a Regional Manager to lead our Canadian and US markets. You will oversee multiple restaurants, coach General Managers and Chefs, and ensure profitability while upholding brand standards.

You will report to the Director of Operations or President and travel frequently within your region to drive performance, develop leaders, and execute strategic initiatives across the network.
