Lead Fiber to the Home (FTTH) construction projects with telMAX in York Region. This hybrid role requires overseeing project deliverables, managing contractors, and ensuring quality and safety standards.

As the Construction and Inspections Manager at telMAX, you will report directly to the VP of Construction and Design. Your expertise will guide multiple FTTH outside plant projects while ensuring compliance with schedules, budgets, and safety regulations.

Collaborating with various teams, you will be instrumental in maintaining quality standards and project efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate project deliverables and manage construction teams
- Maintain stakeholder relationships for smooth project execution
- Prepare project plans, budgets,



and labor estimates
- Oversee inspections and ensure compliance with regulations
- Track change orders and manage project documentation

Requirements:

- 3-5 years in construction, telecom experience preferred
- Proficient in project management tools and software
- Solid problem-solving and leadership skills
- Knowledge of FTTH and health and safety regulations
- Valid driver's license required
