As an Intermediate Environmental Project Leader, you’ll help deliver a wide range of environmental projects in the industrial (electrification and power, mining and linear development), commercial and private sectors. Your work will include biophysical evaluations, impact assessments, and approval and permit applications. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you’ll play a key coordination role and support project managers in delivering mandates while progressively developing your project management skills.Type of position: Regular.Approx. 40% field work and 60% office work.Support project managers in planning and executing projects, including proposals, work plans and budgetsAssist with client-facing activities, including communications, follow-ups and maintaining strong relationshipsHelp track budgets, monitor schedules and follow up with project performanceCoordinate project tasks and support collaboration among team members and disciplinesReview technical deliverables to ensure quality, consistency and compliance with requirementsLead and participate in field surveys (fauna, flora, aquatic environments, soils and ecosystems)Contribute to environmental impact assessments and related studiesHelp prepare environmental permit and authorization applicationsDevelop methodologies,

Bachelor’s degree in an setting-related fieldFrom 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in environmental project deliveryInitial experience or strong interest in coordination, task management or project support rolesProfessional designation (or eligibility), such as Professional Biologist or equivalentExperience in field surveys (aquatics, fauna, flora, ecosystems, soils)Strong writing and communication skillsKnowledge of MS Office SuiteAn Overview of BBA’s Total Rewards
