Senior MuleSoft Consultant (Contract)

Role Overview

United Techno is seeking a Senior MuleSoft Consultant to support and enhance existing enterprise integration landscapes. This role will initially focus on production support and stabilization of integrations , followed by enhancements, change requests, and new integration development initiatives .

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2/L3 support for existing MuleSoft integrations
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration failures, data issues, and performance bottlenecks
- Handle incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and SLA adherence
- Work with HR, Finance, and IT teams to resolve data inconsistencies across systems
- Ensure data integrity and compliance for sensitive HR/employee data (PII)
- Implement enhancements and bug fixes across integration pipelines




- Support change requests (CRs) aligned with evolving business needs
- Design and build current API-led integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform

Integrate systems across:

- Salesforce (Sales, Service, Data Cloud, Agentforce)

Required Qualifications

- 7+ years of experience in MuleSoft development and integration support
- Strong experience in production support (L2/L3) and incident management
- Hands-on expertise with Anypoint Platform, DataWeave, API Manager
- Experience with Oracle enterprise applications and data flows
- Exposure to Salesforce integrations and APIs
- Strong understanding of API-led architecture and integration patterns
- Experience handling PII and HR data compliance requirements
