Overview

Insight Global is hiring an Onboarding Coordinator to support our client's Private Wealth line of business. This role is responsible for coordinating end-to-end onboarding activities for employees, advisors, and contractors, ensuring a seamless Day 1 experience through effective management of onboarding requests, technology provisioning, access readiness, and stakeholder communication.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced setting while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders. This is a hybrid position requiring 2 days per week onsite in Toronto. The role will begin as a contract with potential for full-time conversion after 6 months.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities for employees, advisors, and contractors across Private Wealth.

- Manage onboarding intake and track onboarding requests to ensure timely completion.

- Submit and monitor technology, access,



and provisioning requests through ServiceNow and related systems.

- Partner with business leaders, hiring managers, HR, Help Desk, engineering teams, and third-party vendors to ensure onboarding readiness.

- Ensure new hires receive the required devices, system access, and support needed to be productive on Day 1.

- Monitor onboarding progress, aging requests, outstanding issues, and overall onboarding readiness.

- Provide regular status updates and reporting to stakeholders.

- Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve onboarding roadblocks.

- Maintain onboarding documentation and support continuous improvement of onboarding processes and communications.

*Pay rate for this role is $31/hr CAD.
