Position: ITSM - Systems Analyst / Technical Business Systems Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Typical tasks and activities associated with the role include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Implement applications to support projects, departments, organizations, or corporate services.
- Translate business requirements into systems design and technical specifications.
- Analyze and recommend alternatives and options for technical solutions.
- Analyze business requirements, perform feasibility studies, and provide costing estimates for options analysis, map interdependencies, and produce the required functional and technical specifications or process re-engineering recommendations.
- Provide system expertise to both functional and technical teams to ensure effective integration of solutions across the application(s).
- Provide application support to end-users by troubleshooting and correcting issues, providing training, and reporting to management.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Familiarity with troubleshooting and making minor modifications in Digital Workplace Catalog and DWP
- Familiarity in installing/patching ITSM (ARS, AI,



CMDB, ITSM, RKM, SLM) plus Smart IT and DWP & DWPC all v20.X and newer.
- Familiarity in data configurations of ITSM (ARS, AI, CMDB, ITSM, RKM, SLM) plus Smart IT and DWP & DWPC all v20.X and newer.
- Familiarity in Smart Reporting install, configurations , and ability to make minor modifications.
- Ability to review remedy workflow via dev-studio and troubleshoot performance issues including, enabling various kind of logs and identifying workflows or platform aspects from a root cause analysis.
- Also, being able to run utilities for post DB copy updates, foundation data loads (manually or through DMT tool)
- Analyzing SOAP, REST and atrium-integrator based integrations.
- Familiarity in working with Operating system mainly Linux.
- Experience working with support for creating tickets and providing log files etc. is key
