Role Description

This is an entry-level Customer Success Associate role at SecureRx Technologies Inc., remote within Canada.



The associate will help pharmacy customers get real value from SecureRx's medication-verification platform: guiding current pharmacies through onboarding, answering product questions, documenting common workflows and FAQs, and gathering structured feedback for the product team. Working alongside the Client Success Manager and the pharmacist founders, the person in this role will run check-ins with customers, track adoption and health metrics, turn recurring questions into help-centre content, and make sure issues reach the right people and actually get resolved.
