The incumbent will work with a team of Service Technicians to assist customers regarding their Test Equipment repair and calibration requirements. This individual will be the "face" of the service department and will communicate with customers and suppliers via email and telephone.Responsibilities:- Booking repairsGenerating repair quotationsProcessing repair ordersCustomer relationsClerical accounting work in conjunction with in-house AccountantAssisting salespeople and repair technicians with customer service mattersShipping and receiving goods (this function is performed by all office staff)Requirements:- Minimum of 2 to 3 years in a Commercial Customer Service RoleCompleted secondary or post-secondary educationExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Professional demeanor,
