This integrated approach ensures our work is design-forward, cost-aware, and highly buildable.About the Role:We are seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist with strong technical, detailing, and consultant coordination skills to support our growing portfolio of medium-scale residential projects.You will take approved Development Permit drawings and convert them into fully coordinated Building Permit and IFC construction packages.This is a high-autonomy, technical leadership role focused on documentation quality, coordination, and construction logic.Candidates should be able to collaborate during core Pacific Time (PT) business hours.Key Responsibilities:Convert Development Permit drawings into Building Permit submissions.Produce complete,
