Location:Kitchener, ONSalary:$100,000 - $130,000 per year + benefitsEmployment Type:Full-time, permanentAn established and growing real estate development firm based in Kitchener is seeking aDevelopment Managerto support the full lifecycle of mixed-use and residential projects across Southwestern Ontario.This role is ideal for a development professional who has worked within a formal reporting workplace, understands how development ties into accounting and financing, and is comfortable operating in a structured, data-driven organization.You will play a key role in coordinating consultants, managing reporting, supporting financing and construction draws, and ensuring development information flows seamlessly between project teams and accounting.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport projects through the full development lifecycle from early due diligence through construction and close outPrepare and maintain detailed development reporting, budgets, schedules, and forecastsUse Yardi as the core system for development reporting, working closely with accounting to ensure accuracy and integrationAssist with construction draw packages, lender reporting, and financing requirementsCoordinate with consultants, municipalities, contractors, and internal stakeholdersTrack approvals, permits, contracts, and key project milestonesProvide clear, thoughtful, written,
