Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and fully trained CASA teacher to join our team for the current school year 2024/2025.
Key Requirements
- MACTE‑accredited Primary Diploma is a must.
Experience
- Previous experience working with CASA‑age children (2.5 to 6 years).
- Ability to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment that fosters independence and curiosity.
Skills & Attributes
- Solid oral and written English communication skills.
- Strong understanding of child development and Montessori principles.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with children, parents, and team members.
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for early childhood education.
- Strong work ethic with consistent dependability and punctuality.
Additional Requirements
- Valid Vulnerable Sector Police Check.
- First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain prior to the start).
