Job SummaryThis individual will have knowledge of electrical and control systems (relays, timers, software programming, and multi-axis motion controllers). A background in assembly, repair, and troubleshooting of electrical / electronic systems is vital. They will understand mechanical systems pertaining to machine components (hydraulics, pneumatics, and powertrain systems) and be capable of fabricating straightforward components with fabrication tooling (an asset).This individual will be responsible for as built inspections from machine build compared with design. They will utilize company software to stamp and report issues. They will also be responsible for developing procedures and training employees on proper application and methodsSpecific Skills & Requirements of PositionDirect report to Lead inspectorUnderstand conformance to design relating to build in both mechanical and electrical systemsGenerate reports of trends and issues that are discovered in inspectionsProvide feedback to appropriate departments on improvements through company procedures and reportingRead and interpret engineering drawings (mechanical and electrical), blueprints, and tablesDevelop and implement assembly procedures and practicesAssistance with the assembly of mechanical systems in support of company milestonesPrioritize time on tasks to effectively inspect machines in timely mannerCommunicate well with operations,
