We are partnering with a well-established, national organization to recruit an HR Generalist to support an employee population of approximately 400 employees within a single facility.This is a hands-on, true generalist role that serves as a trusted resource for leaders and employees on-site. The HR Generalist will play a key role in employee relations, investigations, onboarding and offboarding, HR programs, training, and day-to-day people support.What you will be doingAct as the primary point of contact for employee and labour relations matters within the facility, including performance management, attendance, disability management, workplace investigations, and employee exitsConduct and support workplace investigations, ensuring timely, fair, and compliant outcomesRespond to and resolve employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures,



and programsBuild strong working relationships with on-site leadership to align HR solutions with operational and business needsDeliver HR training and coaching, including performance management and progressive disciplineLead onboarding and orientation for recent hires to support a positive and consistent employee experienceWhat you bring3 to 4 years of progressive experience in a generalist HR roleBachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related fieldCHRP designation is preferredStrong working knowledge of Canadian employment legislation and employee relations best practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and partner with leadersCompensation and benefitsBase salary range of $65,000 to $85,000Comprehensive benefits packagePaid vacationThis organization offers a collaborative on-site culture, strong leadership, opportunities for career development, and a reputation as a top employer.
