Job descriptionPosition Overview:We are seeking a skilled Renovations Project Coordinator to join our team. This role involves overseeing the administrative direction and execution of various hotel renovations projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will serve as a technical resource, addressing inquiries and resolving field technical issues, while ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget.Key Responsibilities:Renovation Project Planning and Coordination:Develop detailed renovations project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.Coordinate renovations project activities and resources across multiple teams.Ensure renovation projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.Stakeholder Management:Communicate renovations project status, progress, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.Act as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries.Risk and Issue Management:Identify potential renovation project risks and develop mitigation strategies.Address and resolve project issues promptly to ensure minimal impact on project goals.Team Leadership:Lead and motivate project teams,
