This is a hands‑on role on the production floor. You will be the driving force behind daily efficiencies, working under the direction of the Production Manager to solve real‑time challenges and lead a dedicated team to success. Advantages Compensation: CA$60,000 – CA$70,000 per year plus perks and paid overtime. Schedule: Rotating weekly shifts (Monday–Friday). Day: 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM, Afternoon: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM. Overtime flexibility is essential. Location: Proudly based in Barrie, Ontario. Responsibilities Provide effective, hands‑on leadership to meet and exceed production goals. Champion a high-performance culture by coaching, mentoring, and developing the team.



Own the shift schedule and coordinate all activities to meet production targets while maintaining safety and quality as top priorities. Qualifications Education: Grade 12 diploma required; post‑secondary education in Engineering or equivalent corrugated‑industry experience is a strong asset. Experience: Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a unionized manufacturing environment, mechanically inclined. Proven track record managing teams of 16+ people, including recruitment and performance management. Minimum 2 years of experience in quality improvement and familiarity with ISO 9001 procedures.
