In this full-time role based in Calgary, Alberta, you will serve as a key liaison between the advance payment program and producers. Ideal candidates possess a robust attention to detail, proactive communication skills, and a genuine passion for assisting agricultural growers. You will assess loan applications, conduct credit analysis, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards throughout.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build long-term relationships with producers via phone and email
• Evaluate accuracy and completeness of loan applications




• Ensure compliance of loan agreements with internal policies
• Communicate loan decisions effectively to clients
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless lending
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in finance or related fields
• Experience in banking, lending, or financial services
• Familiarity with lending regulations and compliance standards
• Strong analytical skills for risk assessment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
