Job Description Summary

Equipment Rental Specialist

Responsibilities

- Support telephone and walk-in customers with rentals of all types of construction and industrial equipment.
- Serve as the company’s front‑line contact, understanding customer equipment needs, negotiating terms, and placing orders.
- Perform administrative duties and maintain professional customer satisfaction at all times.

Physical Demands

- Require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 50 pounds or more.
- Work indoors and outdoors as required by the job.

Education and Experience

- High School diploma or GED required.




- Valid driver’s license required.
- Familiarity with various types of construction and industrial tools and equipment.
- Previous equipment rental industry experience preferred.
- Strong customer service and telephone skills.
- Solid computer and administrative skills.
- Completion of the DOT Qualification process preferred.

Base Pay Range

26.85 - 31.88 (starting rate may vary based on location, education, training, and experience)
