This position will work closely with the International Asset Management and Investment team, Research and International Operations to ensure consistency and accuracy in portfolio analysis across the QuadReal Portfolio. Responsibilities:Advance QuadReal's agenda for deriving insights at the portfolio level by contributing to scenario modelling, what-if analysis, and debt modelling effortsCollecting and validating operational and performance data from various internal and external sourcesUpdating and maintaining proprietary databases and reporting dashboards for accurate and timely reportingComputing AUM, investment performance, real estate operating metrics, and other KPI'sContribute to cross-functional initiatives, designing and creating tools for portfolio reporting, creating custom automations for portfolio analytics and establishing data models to effectively capture investment team metricsAssist in preparing data for management reports provided to Business Unit Leads, the Portfolio Manager (Vice President and Managing Director), the International President, CEO and ultimately,



the QuadReal Board of Directors)Support real estate investment underwriting by providing portfolio impact analysisUnderstanding of asset classes and financial theories that underpin portfolio & index constructionExperience and Qualifications:Education – University degree with major in business, finance, mathematics, or economics. Working towards advanced degree or other professional designations (e.G. CFA, CPA) Experience: 1-3 years background as a finance analyst in one or more of the following areas; real estate investment,equity/ fixed investment management, fund services, investment consulting or pension plan sponsor Analytical / Computer Skills – Excellent data modelling, mathematics, and problem-solving skills; advanced knowledge of Excel (VBA and other programming languages a plus), experience with Yardi or other similar real estate software (e.G.
