What you will do:

- Manage and grow an assigned portfolio
- Identify, qualify, and close new sales opportunities independently
- Prepare proposals, pricing models, and client-specific presentations
- Negotiate contracts and pricing within company guidelines

Customer Relationship Management:

- Develop a deep understanding of clients’ needs, operations, and competitive landscape
- Engage with customers regularly through in-person appointments and communications
- Ensure satisfaction through proactive follow-up and responsive service

Operational Coordination:

- Collaborate with internal teams (manufacturing, credit, quality) to resolve issues




- Coordinate order entry and fulfillment with Sales Coordinator
- Maintain accurate records and submit required reports (inventory, sales activity, etc.)
- Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback
- Assist in annual sales budget planning and strategic account reviews

You are:

- Self-motivated, organized, and career-driven
- Outgoing, personable, and love building relationships
- Experienced in sales (2–4 years preferred, print/packaging a plus)
- Ready to travel and bring a “can-do” attitude
