Position SummaryThe Business Consultant will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to assess business processes, identify improvement opportunities, develop strategic recommendations, and support implementation initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive business assessments, including process mapping, gap analysis, and performance evaluationsGather and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify operational inefficiencies and growth opportunitiesDevelop actionable business strategies and implementation roadmapsFacilitate client workshops, stakeholder interviews, and strategy sessionsPrepare professional reports, presentations, and executive summariesSupport change management initiatives and performance improvement programsMonitor project milestones, KPIs, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomesCollaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, finance, technology,



and marketingBuild and maintain robust client relationships to ensure long-term partnershipsQualifications & Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA considered an asset)2–3 years of experience in business consulting, management consulting, strategy, operations, or related advisory rolesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex dataExperience with business process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, etc.) is an assetProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with data visualization tools is an assetExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong project management and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple client engagements simultaneouslyClient-facing experience with professional presentation skillsJob Type: Full-timePay: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per yearBenefits:Employee assistance programLife insurancePaid time offWork from homeWork Location: Hybrid remote in Toronto, ON (Toronto District)
